About Jonathan Ratcliff
When I left Carlsberg 17 years ago, I set up JMR Sales & Consultancy Ltd. to help a variety of clients with short to mid-term contracts solving a wide range of their business development challenges.
My objective in these contracts is usually to improve the performance of people and processes so that any costs are covered by additional profits. These benefits last long after my departure. The experience of working as a Sales Director as well as in Purchasing and Marketing has given me a broad range of skills which can help solve most clients’ commercial challenges.
As well as working with large organisations I thoroughly enjoy working with Board Members, Senior Managers, owner operators and micro businesses. For these companies, I offer coaching by the hour to help individuals with specific issues which may be hampering their company’s growth aspirations. As a Fellow member (FABM) of the Association of Business Mentors, I have been through a stringent application process to prove my experience is relevant. I am qualified with the ILM Level 7 Certificate in Executive Coaching and Mentoring at an Executive Level which has taught me new skills and processes to improve my sessions.
