Emma Ellse is an SME Business Growth Mentor and Trainer with extensive experience in marketing. Over her 25-year career, she has worked with clients of all sizes, from large multinational corporations to startups in a variety of sectors.
Emma has a strong background in Digital Marketing, having developed strategies and implemented campaigns since 2003, and she stays up-to-date with the latest industry developments as a practising marketer and trainer.
Emma holds three PG diplomas in Direct and Interactive Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Policy and Practice in Higher Education, and is an Elected Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, Institute of Data and Marketing, and AdvanceHE.
Emma has taught modules in Business, Strategy, Marketing and Digital Marketing for Nottingham Trent University, written and delivered modules for Sheffield Hallam Universities, as well as tutoring for the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
As a Senior Lecturer in Business and Digital Marketing at the University of Lincoln, Emma wrote and delivered programmes and short courses for both students and senior leaders in SME businesses.
Today, she works as a high-level strategic Business and Marketing Consultant providing senior-level support to businesses that need help with Marketing Strategy, Planning, and Tactical Advice.
Emma offers mentorship programmes for Marketing Executives transitioning to the Marketing Manager level and for Business Owners looking to grow their business.
Passionate about training, Emma writes and delivers bespoke Business and Marketing Training for Education Providers and In-house teams within businesses that need bespoke training support.
She is currently involved in the Government's Help to Grow: Management Course, supporting the Association of Business Mentors with the mentoring element of the programme, running Mentor Peer to Peer Support Groups, and facilitating and delivering some of the training on the course for the University of Lincoln.
Emma is a full member of the Association of Business Mentors, a lifelong learner and currently studying the ILM7 in Executive and Senior Level Mentoring and Coaching.
