As part of our Partnership, we have agreed the following:
· The ABM will feature in the quarterly client newsletter sent by Ultimate Finance, providing a knowledge session to the readership on the impact of business mentoring. If you have ideas for this and would like to contribute please contact ABM Marketing.
· ABM is to be included in the Partners internal Toolkit – The “Toolkit document” provides details to their Relationship Managers of additional services they can signpost with their clients (Business Owners, MD’s, CEO’s or FD’s). The ABM presence in this document means Mentors are always on the list to receive a referral.
· Supporting ABM Events – Ultimate Finance are happy to provide venues or contributions to joint regional events, and market these. This can also take the form of bolstering the credibility of an event by having a speaker or panel guest join the ABM and they are willing to have their CEO available and would appreciate an invite to appropriate Regional Events.
· Office availability – Ultimate Finance has office space in Bristol, Manchester, Leeds, Edinburgh and Lutterworth. Subject to availability and by prior arrangement ABM mentors will be able to use desk space or hold meetings. To book please contact Mark O’Neil.
· Ultimate Finance will offer relevant clients a no-obligation 30-minute consultation with a Full ABM Member Mentor. Subsequently Clients can benefit from an introductory offer of three 60–90-minute mentoring sessions for the price of four (charged at the usual mentors’ rates, with the fourth session being free).
For any business that a Mentor would like to introduce to Ultimate Finance this can be done through Mark O’Neil. With over 35 years commercial lending experience Mark will provide advice as to the suitability of their product range for the Mentee and monitor progress/manage the administration on the mentors behalf. For any successfully introductions to Ultimate Finance that subsequently becomes an invoice finance client a commission payment of 20% of the monthly service fees will be paid to the introducing Mentor per month for the life of the transaction (typically 3 years on average) - this will be administered by the ABM.
