The ABM is using industry standard qualifications to underwrite its accreditation which will offer both non-Members and Members an ILM Level 5 and 7 with the potential for European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) Certification. The Association of Business Mentors is working in partnership with the ILM and Agile Group, one of the most effective leadership training and coaching organisations in the UK and Europe, to bring you a meaningful, enjoyable vocational learning experience and wherever possible, the learning will always map back to Business success to maximise the experiential learning nature of the qualification.

This qualification is brought to you by Agile Group a registered ILM Centre of Excellence third-party provider experienced in delivering the ABM ILM adapted version of ILM L5 and 7 in (Business) Mentoring and Coaching.

Who is this qualification for?

The Level 5 is ideal for experienced business people who wish to move into a development role or start a career as a freelance business mentor or coach. You may have some experience of business mentoring or coaching in an informal, formal, volunteer or professional capacity.

This is ideal for aspiring and experienced business mentors and coaches who wish to develop their own skills, knowledge and behaviours with an internationally recognised qualification as a business mentor and coach at Degree Level.
